Carajillo is named after the drink: a shot of espresso and a pour of Licor 43, bold, warm and a little indulgent. We built the restaurant to feel the same way.
We're a family-owned kitchen in Downtown Las Vegas, steps from Fremont Street. We season every dish from scratch and portion it like we mean it. The salsa shows up in our reviews again and again.

Street Tacos
Pastor, carnitas, asada or chorizo on warm corn tortillas with onion, cilantro and salsa. Order a few.
Fajitas
Steak, chicken or shrimp with grilled peppers and onions, served with rice, beans and warm tortillas.
Burritos
Big, bold and stuffed with carnitas, steak, chile verde, shrimp and more. Smothered or handheld.
